Problem Statement:

Despite having a huge wealth of content, Indian streaming services have failed to penetrate the tier-2, and tier-3 cities of India, due to a lack of personalization and monetization of the content.

Objectives:

Build a streaming platform for India, with a high-paid retention model which caters for both content creators and content consumers and is affordable.

Assumptions:

  1. The user has stable internet connectivity.
  2. The viewing device can run our application and stream videos with adequate resolution.
  3. The platform is targeted to promote creators with medium to small audiences (digital footprint).
